Once you have lodged your claim, we will provide a response to you within 10 working days, whether this is a request for additional information or a decision on your claim. If you have been requested to provide additional information/documentation, we will respond to you within a further 10 business days once we have been provided with the additional documents.
Where possible, your claim may be processed within 10 business days provided all the necessary documentation is received.
