Firstly, you’ll need to make sure you select the Cruise Add-On, so you’re covered for things like emergency medical assistance, emergency medical and hospital expenses on board the cruise, cancellation fees, lost deposits, and more.
You must select the countries that your cruise is travelling to, so you can ensure that you are covered within that region. This includes all stops your cruise will be making, even if you do not plan to leave the ship. Please refer to our Cruise Region list here. When applying for a policy, you must select the region appropriate to the countries the ship will visit.
Travellers on domestic cruises in Australian waters should select the Australia Cruise region.
