When purchasing travel insurance, the policy holder has the right over the policy.
If the traveller wishes for anyone else to act on their behalf, we will need confirmation in writing from the policy holder so the person and/or the family member can act on their behalf.
Please contact us if you wish to make a change on someone else’s behalf, or the policyholder can extend their travel dates via the Policy Manager.
All FAQ answers are based on the current effective PDS. If your policy is older than the current PDS, please contact us or refer to your particular policy.
