If you have lost your policy documentation, there are a couple of ways you can access it.
If you have your policy number (this may have been sent to you via SMS) you can login online to our Policy Manager.
Alternatively, you can contact our friendly customer care team via Live Chat or email and they can arrange to resend your documents.
All FAQ answers are based on the current effective PDS. If your policy is older than the current PDS, please contact us or refer to your particular policy.
