If you already have a Comprehensive, Frequent Traveller, or Already Overseas policy, and you suffer an unforeseen injury which prevents you from travelling, you may have a provision to claim for the cost of rescheduling your travel arrangements, or for the cancellation fees for unused portions that cannot be recouped in any other way.
We will pay either additional expenses or cancellation fees and lost deposits, whichever is higher, but we are unable to pay both.
